Nepal sees six new coronavirus cases in past 24 hours
KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of six new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Friday. All six cases were detected through the RT-PCR method. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 898 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours. Of the confirmed cases, 421 were tested through RT-PCR method and 477 through Antigen method. Currently, there are 139 active cases in the country as 23 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours. No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,019 to date.   Read More
