UML files writ petition against Speaker and EC
KATHMANDU: Main opposition CPN-UML has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court against Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota and the Election Commission Wednesday. UML Chief Whip Bishal Bhattarai said that the party has filed three writ petitions have at the apex court. The UML has demanded in the writ petition that the party should send a letter to the Parliament Secretariat to take action against 14 lawmakers.
