Friendly Match : Nepal vs India ends in 1-1 draw

KATHMANDU: Nepali national team played 1-1 draw in a friendly match against India at Dasharath Stadium on Thursday in the first of the two friendlies.
Anjan Bista scored in the 37th minute of the first half. Anjan gave the lead to Nepal by grabbing the ball passed by the Indian defender to his goalkeeper.
But, Substitute player Aniruddha Thapa scored an equalizer goal for India in the second half. Goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong saved Sunil Chhetri’s shot from 18 yards.
