KATHMANDU: Guatemalan police rescued 126 illegal migrants, including Nepalis, bound for United States from an abandoned shipping container in the Central American country. The rescued were trapped inside a container when they were found between the towns of Nueva Concepción and Cocales in Guatemala. They were discovered after locals heard screams coming from the abandoned container in their locality. The illegal migrants were on their journey to the United States via Central America.
