Shankhadhar Park constructed at Rs 60 million

BHAKTAPUR: An attractive park has been constructed at Shankhadhar Chowk in Madhyapur Thimi. The Park was built at the investment of Rs 20 million of Kathmandu Metropolis and Rs 40 million of Madhyapur Thimi municipality under the Town-Town Collaboration Program.
On the occasion of Shankhadhar Day, Kathmandu metropolis mayor Bidya Sundhar Shakya inaugurated the park amidst a program on Sunday. He shared the metropolis has been providing support to 12 municipalities of the Valley for the construction of religious and tourism parks as well as multi-purpose parks.
