KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba is likely to be elected as the president of the Nepali Congress for the second term through the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress. The second round of voting is taking place to elect the president after none of the presidential candidates secured more than 50 percent of votes in the first round.
