ICC announces new playing conditions for T20I, fielding side to suffer for slow over-rate
DUBAI:  The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday announced changes to T20I playing conditions that will come into effect with the upcoming one-off match between West Indies and Ireland at Sabina Park. An in-match penalty for slow over rates in men’s and women’s Twenty20 Internationals comes into effect this month, with the updated playing conditions also providing for an optional drinks interval midway through the innings in bilateral T20 international cricket.
