Constitutional Bench revokes the writ against the Citizenship Ordinance
KATHMANDU: The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court has ruled to revoke the writ petition filed against the Citizenship Ordinance brought by the then Prime Minister KP Oli. A bench of acting Chief Justice Deepak Kumar Karki, Justices Mira Khadka, Harikrishna Karki, Ishwar Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai on Wednesday dismissed the writ petition.
