KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Kathmandu Metropolitan Working Committee is filing nominations for the posts of ward representatives including the mayor today. The Committee is making preparations to organize a huge rally before filing the nominations. The party has appealed to the NC leaders, cadres and supporters to gather at Shanti Batika at 1 pm to this effect, said UP Lamichhane, the personal aide of NC leader Prakash Man Singh.
