BUTWAL: The counting of votes in Tilottama Municipality of Rupendehi has been halted due to a dispute between the enumerators and the Nepali Congress representatives in Tilottama, Rupandehi. The counting of votes has been postponed due to the controversy arising from the mistakes committed by counting officers while counting votes.
