More than 500,000 Nepalis leave home in five months
KATHMANDU: More than 500,000 Nepalis have left the country in the last five months. According to the Immigration Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs, they went abroad for various purposes from January to May 2022. This number is only for those leaving the Tribhuvan International Airport. According to the department, 506,430 Nepalis have gone abroad in the last five months.
