Nepal sees 257 new coronavirus cases in past 24 hours
KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 257 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Tuesday. Of the confirmed cases, 143 were detected through the RT-PCR method and 114 through the Antigen method. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 3,921 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours. Of them, 1,458 samples were tested through RT-PCR and 2,463 through the Antigen method. Currently, there are 3,146 active cases in the country as 232 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.
