NIBL, Mega endorse final agreement for merger
KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) and Mega Bank have signed a final draft of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a merger. A meeting of the Board of Directors of both banks have endorsed the document and exchanged it, paving the way for merging the institutions. As per the deadline set by the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the banks have the time till January 6, 2023 to go for a merger.
